Blackfoot Teen Charged with Raping and Stabbing Girlfriend

A Blackfoot teen appears before a magistrate judge after being charged with a handful of felony crimes.

The 19-year-old is facing a total of 8 felony charges, most of those stemming from a fight with his girlfriend that ended with her being raped and stabbed in the arm.

Clinton Allen Borck is charged with attempted strangulation, domestic violence, aggravated battery, two counts of rape and two counts of sodomy.

According to police reports, a fight broke out between Borck and his 18-year-old girlfriend.

Borck was allegedly trying to stab his dog, which was being held by his girlfriend, when he missed and stabbed her in the arm.

Borck is also accused of raping, sodomizing and choking her.
