Charges To Be Decided On I.F. High Speed Chase

The Tri-County Sheriff’s Association has completed its investigation into the February 27 high-speed chase that ended with the shooting death of a suspect. The chase led police all over Idaho Falls, ending in the Victorian Village neighborhood.

The case is now with Bonneville County Prosecutor Dane Watkins. Watkins says it is his job to determine if any charges will be filed against the deputy that fired the shots.
