The Bannock County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a theft of a large amount of copper wire from a business.

There were several different sizes of wiring taken in the theft. The wire is bulky and heavy and was still covered with rubber sheathing at the time of the theft, however, the sheathing will more than likely be removed at some point. Anyone with information on people with an unusual amount or size of wire, possibly in different stages of appearance, please call the Bannock County Sheriff’s Office at 236-7111, 24 hours a day.
