Boise, Idaho — A Boise Police officer is facing charges after being taken into custody shortly after midnight.
Around 12:15 a.m., Idaho State Police arrested off-duty Boise Police officer Gary Miller after pulling him over for a moving violation. Miller, 37, is a patrol officer on the Boise Bench and is facing a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence.
