I found Ron Conlin and his staff to be extremely professional and helpful as they walked me through the process. Admittedly, the last time I actually had my hearing checked was in grade school -- bottom line, the process today is much more high tech and efficient which means better diagnosis and treatment for hearing deficiencies.
