The classic American style of George Balanchine comes to Boise in Ballet Idaho’s last performance under artistic director Toni Pimble. The company will perform “Who Cares?” to music by George Gershwin.

This company has adopted many dance styles. Now it will add the lyrical, neoclassical lines of Balanchine, who created an American classical dance style through his New York City Ballet company in the mid-20th century.
