POCATELLO HIGH SCHOOL TO HOLD PARENT/COMMUNITY SEMINAR: IDENTIFYING AND DEALING WITH RISKY BEHAVIORS IN STUDENTS
Pocatello High School is hosting a special community seminar designed specifically for parents. This is provided to help parents watch for behaviors in their children, that may signal signs of stress as a result of the tragic death of a student last September, and the resulting school trauma that occurred throughout the investigation of that death. This seminar provides practical strategies for identifying, understanding and responding to risky behaviors and the code of silence.
The seminar will be held on Monday, March 12th and Monday, March 19th from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. It will be held in the Media Center at Pocatello High School. The seminar is free to participants.
To register for the seminar or for more information, contact Sue Ringquist at 233-2056.
