Pocatello/Chubbuck School District Number 25’s Media Technology Program, a Gateway Academy Professional Technical program which is housed at Highland High School, is proud to announce CONNECTION 25.
CONNECTION 25 was designed by the broadcast technology students to provide an informational news magazine format service to high school students, parents and the community. Channel 12 will broadcast a 15-30 minute segment every Monday morning at 8:35 a.m. for high school students to watch during first hour. The show will also be rebroadcast on Monday nights at 8:30 p.m. and Wednesday afternoons at 2:00 p.m. The broadcast technology students will present stories that feature outstanding programs and remarkable people throughout the Pocatello/Chubbuck School District.
Cable One will continue to broadcast various sports broadcasts. As of right now, those broadcasts will primarily feature Highland High school; however, as more students from the other three high schools enter the broadcast technology program, sports from those high schools will be covered.
Highland High School will once again provide live news and announcements each school morning through Ram TV. The District’s goal is to eventually offer the morning broadcast to all students at the four high schools at 8:35 in the morning.
