Neighborhood & Community Services Division
Manager $56,490 – $66,462 DOQ

This position is responsible for operations of the Neighborhood & Community Services Division of the Planning & Development Services Department. The division administers the City’s Consolidated Housing and Community Development Plan for HUD Community Development Block Grant entitlement funds. On-going programs include housing rehabilitation, downtown façade improvement loan program, and sidewalk repair. Involves coordination and support for CDBG Advisory Committee, Fair Housing Committee, and Credit Committee. Requires a high level of coordination with local non-profits and stakeholder groups. Requires excellent communications, organizational and interpersonal skills, a degree in planning, business administration or related field, and 3 years experience working with CDBG programs. Finalists will be invited to participate in an oral interview. EO/AAE
