1: ROLL CALL.

2: DISABLED CITIZENS ADA/504 COORDINATING COMMITTEE UPDATE: Representatives from the Disabled Citizens ADA/504 Coordinating Committee will be present to discuss the Committee’s goals and projects, as well as Council’s policies and expectations.

3: FAIR HOUSING COMMITTEE UPDATE: Representatives from the Fair Housing Committee will be present to discuss the Committee’s goals and projects, as well as Council’s policies and expectations.

4: POCATELLO ARTS COUNCIL PROPOSAL: Jesse Robison, Pocatello Arts Council member, will be present to discuss a proposal for placing art on the Portneuf Greenway.

5: ANIMAL CONTROL ORDINANCE PROPOSAL: Mary Remer, Animal Control Director, will be present to discuss proposed changes to the Animal Control ordinance.

6: MID-YEAR FISCAL BUDGET AMENDMENTS: The Finance Department will be present to discuss proposed mid-year budget amendments.
