Teacher Awards Become Controversial

Dozens of teachers in District 93 are beaming, after being award hundreds, some even thousands of dollars for their work. But the recognition is not without controversy.

The teacher’s union believes all teachers should be rewarded for their work and the $50,000 awarded tonight should have been divvied up evenly.
