Pocatello:
* The Fourth of July Parade will begin forming at the Union Pacific Parking Lot at 8 a.m. To view the parade route click here. Pocatello Mayor Roger Chase will give a speech at 10 a.m. at 535 North Arthur. Rowan Smith will then read the Declaration of Independence, the Masons will ring the Liberty Bell Replica and the parade will start. After the parade the Pocatello Elks Lodge will sponsor a barbeque at 410 South Main. * The Biggest Show in Idaho will be at the Bannock County Fairgrounds beginning at 2 p.m. and conclude at 1 a.m. Fireworks will begin shortly after dark. * Idaho State University’s Summer Youth Opera program will present high school singers at 3 p.m. at Goranson Hall in the Fine Arts Building.
