EASTERN IDAHO – The National Weather Service in Pocatello has lifted the Fire Weather Watch, which had been forecast for today. Instead, scattered showers and thunderstorms are predicted for after noon. It will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 84. South southwest winds are predicted to be between 15 and 18 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph. The chance of precipitation is 40%.
