Apply Now for Second Controlled Hunt Drawing

The application period for the second round in controlled hunt permits for deer, elk, antelope or fall black bear has started.

Hunters who weren’t drawn in the first round, have until August 15 to apply for the second drawing on August 20. The nonrefundable application fee for the second controlled hunt drawing is $6.25.

Any left over permits will go on sale August 25.

Residents can begin buying general season tags August 1.
