ROSS PARK AQUATIC COMPLEX REDUCES HOURS NEXT WEEK

Hours are 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

The Ross Park Aquatic Complex is reducing its hours of operation next week. The Aquatic Complex will only be open from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, August 21 through Friday, August 25, 2006. The facility will be open for normal hours Saturday, August 19 and Sunday, August 20.

Many of the lifeguards employed by the City of Pocatello are Idaho State University and School District #25 students, and they are not available to work during the week due to class schedules. “We apologize for the inconvenience to our patrons,” said Cindy Robbins, Recreation Coordinator, “but we want to be a place where you can not only have fun but can also be safe.”
