NFIB Economic Survey Sends Mixed Signals

WASHINGTON, March 13, 2007 ─ Daylight saving time arrived three weeks early, but the nation’s small-business owners aren’t springing forward; nor are they falling back, according to the mixed results of the latest National Federation of Independent Business Small-Business Economic Trends report issued today.
