Fourth Annual Art in the Park Event, August 23 and 24, features regional artisans in a beautiful riverside park setting in Lava Hot Springs, Idaho.
LAVA HOT SPRINGS, Idaho — June 20, 2008 — It isn’t surprising that in a country awash with mass-produced, me-too stuff, so many long to discover and return home in gleeful possession of a stunningly unique piece created by a skilled artistan.
Now in its fourth year, the Lava Hot Springs Art in the Park Event draws skilled artisans from around the region—drawn by the intimacy of the riverside park setting and the opportunity to share their passion for beadwork, candle making, quilting, weaving, painting, sculpting, jewelry, carving and more with an appreciative buyer.
The little town of Lava will be going wide open as the summer winds down and Labor Day approaches. Art in the Park, Lava Hot Springs style, is a fascinating way to spend a summer weekend.
