  1. My wife and I love these cooking segments with Chef Martin. We play the program on our laptop and cook along with Kirt and pause and replay at will – wonderful!
    We like simple healthy recipes and like Martin’s down-to-earth style.

    I sure would like a domestic duck segment since I love duck and am ready to butcher.
