China's eastern Anhui province is struggling to cope with a killer flu-like virus.

The fast-spreading Enterovirus 71 has infected nearly 3,000 people and killed more than 20 children. Symptoms can be difficult to spot in adults and parents of young children are being encouraged to wash and disinfect their hands to prevent spreading it unknowingly.
